Principal

Nathen Ramezane joins Santa Clara Unified School District from San Jose Unified School District, where he has been the principal of an elementary school for the past four years. Prior to that, he served as the associate principal for three years at the middle school level providing leadership and guidance in positive behavior supports and restorative practices, special education, and curriculum and instruction. 
 
Mr. Ramezane is entering his 16th year in education and holds a bachelor's degree from UC Davis and a master's degree from National University. He is currently completing coursework for his doctorate in education through Northcentral University. Mr. Ramazane officially starts his new role on July 1, 2023.
