Why join?

Joining is your show of support for the school events and activities sponsored by the PTSA. Investing in the PTSA is investing in children.

You choose your level of participation in the PTSA. Come to a meeting, volunteer for an event, bring cupcakes for a bake sale, help in a classroom party, or simply attend a PTSA sponsored event. We welcome it all.

In 2014, Ponderosa converted from a PTA to a PTSA to more actively include and involve students. We hope to help them with leadership skills and give them a larger forum to voice their opinions and ideas.

PTSA events at Ponderosa create its great sense of community. Your PTSA plans and supports Halloween Happening, Teacher Luncheons, Classroom Parties, International Night and much, much more. It also supports academic enrichment programs such as the Science Fair, Library, and Computer Lab.

Join the PTSA to continue these traditions and provide our children with an extraordinary school experience.
